This is a project near and dear to my heart. I grew up with horses. I love the medieval era. So this being my first project submitted to the Lego Idea's site seems fitting.
This project can be considered a "medium difficulty" set. It comes with 2 minifigures and 3 horses, as well as approximately 350 build pieces and several accessories you would find in a stable. Such as a hay wagon, pitchfork, shovel, water buckets and saddles/tack.

The overall structure is designed to be very sturdy. I picked it up and turned it upside down without any ill effects. It also has enough pieces to be taken apart and remade into a small house, or anything your imagination dreams up.
For realism there are many open arches and windows to allow airflow. A stable can get pretty stinky if there is not enough airflow. Plus airflow reduces the amount of dust and ammonia the horses take into their lungs. Giving the animals a healthier home.
